FabTEC panels are a unique combination of two high-performance materials:

• FireFlex Acoustic Foam: This Class 1 flame-resistant foam is made from a special open-cell melamine. Its unique cellular structure, with interconnected air pockets, makes it lightweight and highly effective at absorbing sound. FireFlex is ideal for high-temperature environments (up to 482°F) and areas requiring Class 1 fire ratings, such as buildings with large gatherings or high-tech equipment.
• High-Performance Non-Woven Fabric: This durable fabric provides a sleek aesthetic finish to the panels. It’s available in a variety of brilliant colors to complement any décor. The fabric is also Velcro™ compatible, allowing for easy customization or attachment of additional acoustic elements.

Panel Sizes and Customization

FabTEC panels come in standard sizes of 24″ x 48″ and are available in thicknesses of 1″, 2″, and 3″ to meet your specific sound absorption needs. Custom sizes can also be manufactured to accommodate your project requirements.
